In the midst of these unsettled times, our Church has begun to celebrate this Jubilee Year of Hope. Throughout this year we constantly are reminded that no situation or event ever is beyond hope. Our hope in the risen Lord, our hope that the promises of Christ will be fulfilled is meant to guide the lives of every Christian, whatever may be happening within us or around us. Christ's love is greater than our despair, greater than any war, violence or injustice in our world. May we always be people of hope! May we celebrate this Jubilee Year of Hope believing fully that our God has come to save us!
